B.Sc Computer Science course was started in CHMM College in August 1995. The main aim of the department of computer education is to enrich and enhance the skills of the pupils, so that they can serve the IT industry with excellent knowledge and self confidence. The syllabus covers all advanced topics in the computer field.

Sufficient numbers of computer system with latest software are available in B.Sc computer lab of CHMM to meet the student’s requirements. Effective coaching is imparted to the students to face all challenges posed by the modern IT industry.

Our results are one of the best in the Kerala University. Every year result of CHMM college is positioned above the university pass percentage and many of our students are placed within the first ten ranks. In 2011-2014 batches, THARA DEVI.R.V came out second in rank in Kerala University.

B.Sc Computer Science Department in CHMM college gives importance for course work, practical studies and for student motivational programs to enable the pupils to reach higher positions in life. The department take care and initiatives to provide efficient pre-recruitment training to the students to enable them to come out successful in campus recruitment events. As a result, our students get placements in multinational IT companies every year.

Our faculties are well qualified and experienced. They keep themselves updated in various emerging IT industrial tools.
